How To See Ireland In 10 Days: Itinerary & Lodging
As I found out, Ireland is small! It really is possible to see the majority of the country in just 10 days. Here's an itinerary that will get you everywhere you need to go:
Day 1: Fly into Dublin (where else?)
We stayed at Drury Court (28-30 Stephen Street Lower, Dublin 2), which is just a five-minute walk from the famous Temple Bar area.
Day 2-3: Dublin
As we arrived in Dublin early morning on our first day, we effectively had three days in the capital. It was too much. I'd say two days is enough.
Day 4: Kinsale
Tierneys Guesthouse on Main Street, Kinsale
Day 5-6: Killarney
Abbey Lodge Guesthouse on Muckross Road, Killarney
Day 7: Drive the Dingle Peninsula
Camp Junction House (+353872430704)
With the extra day you don't need to spend in Dublin, spend it here. Such a picturesque landscape. All we wanted to do was hang out at the Camp Junction House's beautiful property and zany owner and meander around the beaches.
Day 8: Adare (Clonshire)
Castleview House B&B (+35361396394) Frankly, I could have skipped this and not known the difference.
Day 9: Galway
Inishmore House at 109 Fr Griffin Road, Salthill
Day 10: Dublin Airport
Dublin Airport Manor (Naul Road, Knocksedan Swords)
